This website has been purchased, and is being maintained, by people associated with HSBC Premier customers who are NOT happy with the treatment they received from HSBC.

So, why a public site? Why not complain with somebody higher up at HSBC.

Well, it's hard to do. HSBC Premier customers involved with this site have tried to get attention from superiors, but the impression has been that requests to be referred to higher-ups are blocked. Those Premier clients involved with this site have not had much success trying to be heard by people in charge.

So, this website is an attempt of those not being heard to be read instead.
